What does the price include?

The price includes the custom-made dress ONLY. The postage by USPS are not included.

 

Is it safe to shop on your web site?

Yes, we have put in place appropriate physical, electronic, and managerial procedures to safeguard and secure the transactions.

 

When should I order?

For the orders usually take 18 - 25 business days for tailoring and delivery from us to the customer, so please place your order as far as in advance of your date as possible. By doing so, you will allow ample time for production and shipping. It also affords you a comfortable time frame to accommodate any alterations if necessary.

 

How do I order?

The most convenient and safest way is to order online. Orders can be placed on our website using our secure online order form which allows you to make your payment online. We do not accept phone or email orders at present.

 

How do I decide what size to order?

Before selecting your size, we strongly suggest reviewing the information in Size Guide/Measurement Guide.
You can measure yourself according to the method provided in the Measurements Guide, and our dressmakers will customize for you according to the exact data you offered to us. Or you can choose from our size charts in the Size Guide. Customers are responsible for the right size and Zianascloset.yolasite.com cannot assume any responsibility for measurements.


How long is shipping from your location to me?

It usually takes our dressmakers 15 - 17 working days to finish your dresses. And the delivery time is between 3 - 8 days to all major destinations. That is to say, most of our customers will get their orders in 18 - 25 working days after they pay for it. The exact shipping time is based on the shipping company  standard.


How will I be notified of my order status?

Once your order is shipped from our factory, we will send you a shipping confirmation email to the email address you provided to us. You can track the state of your order online using the tracking number in the Email. If you do not receive the confirmation email, please contact us directly via e-mail at trulyuniqueenterprises@gmail.com


Can I request upgraded shipping?

Yes, you can. We provide rush service to urgent orders if you pay extra. In this way, you can save 5 working days on tailoring for your important day. We will use fast method to deliver to you.


I placed an order, can I cancel it?

You are able to cancel your order within 24 hours free of charge. Due to all our dresses are custom-made for you, orders canceled after 24 hours are subject to a handling fee equaling 25% of the item price. You can’t cancel your order after the dresses have been shipped.

 

What’s your return policy?

All sales are final and cannot be canceled at the point of shipping. Due to the special nature of our products, we are unable to accommodate exchanges or refunds under normal circumstances. Please be sure of the style, size, color, and any other specifications before submitting your order.

We only accept returns in the case of damaged or incorrectly delivered merchandise. Please note that we don’t accept responsibility for the dresses being made to the wrong size if inaccurate measurements were given when placing the order.

 

What if my payment is declined?

Orders will not be processed if your payment is declined. It is the customer’s responsibility to contact the Customer Service Department to confirm if their payment is declined. We will then verify the payment status and instruct our customer to resubmit the order.

 

Are these used dresses?

All the products we offer are brand-new and customized by the requirements of our customers. We do not accept or offer resale items.
